Current Openings

  • This position requires a fully licensed Structural Engineer (P.E.) with the State of Florida DBPR.
  • This position requires you to be in the State of Florida.
  • This position involves being on-site at multi-story condominiums in the state of Florida for visual structural inspections (milestone).
  • Compose comprehensive reports on findings with photographs included.
  • Production of drawings on construction related repairs required for permitting.
  • Coordination with Certified General Contractors and office manager at the office.
  • Weekly staff meetings in regards to coordination and scheduling.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and help lead small to medium-sized restoration projects in condominiums and commercial properties from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in the field, and values clear communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple small to mid-sized restoration projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure quality, safety, and project progress
  • Assist with estimating, bid preparation, and proposal review
  • Perform field inspections, document findings, and recommend solutions
  • Provide consistent updates and reports to the office-based Project Coordinator
  • Take thorough notes and high-quality photographs to document project progress
  • Use a variety of tools and technology (iPad, estimating software, email, moisture meters, etc.)
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and schedules, and help troubleshoot challenges on the job site

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction project management, inspections, or estimating
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable using technology for project tracking and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is desired
